This chocolate is made from the characterful Criollo cocoa that grows in the northwest of Madagascar, on the banks of the Sambriano River. Balanced and fruity, combined with a light hazelnut roast aroma, this couveture captivates with its fresh note of wild berries. The traditionally gentle production process harmoniously brings out the subtle fruit acidity, complemented with a hint of cloves and cedar wood, in a long finish.
