The freshly roasted coffee beans are finely ground in a special process, mixed with milk powder, sugar and cocoa butter and stirred for several hours, similar to the process of chocolate making, until a perfect texture is created. Likewise, the finished mass must be tempered so that the finished product has a perfect crystallization and melting.
This caffola bar is made from the best coffee beans from Kenya. Expansive coffee flavor with subtle notes of tobacco and caramel characterize this bar.
Each tablet is composed of a multitude of small peaks, reminiscent not only of the mountainous landscapes where the coffee beans used grow, but also of the Swiss mountains, the country of origin of Coffola.
