This is an exciting new product – a chocolate which is not!
The freshly roasted coffee beans are finely ground in a special process, mixed with milk powder, sugar and cocoa butter and stirred for several hours, similar to the process of chocolate making, until a perfect texture is created. Likewise, the finished mass must be tempered so that the finished product has a perfect crystallization and melting.
This caffola is obtained from exceptional coffee beans, which come from high altitudes of the Ethiopian highlands.
It is characterized by notes of coffee and cocoa with a nuance of toasted bread. The character of the Sidamo coffee bean is unmistakable, fresh, delicate with sweetness.
Each bar is composed of a multitude of small peaks, reminiscent not only of the mountain landscapes where the coffee beans used grow, but also of the Swiss mountains, the country of origin of Coffola
