Tembo Tembo, translated “the elephants”, is located on the fertile slopes of the Ngoro Ngoro Crater at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level, the Serengeti to the west and Kilimanjaro to the northeast. Tembo Tembo, owned and managed by a Swiss couple, is the successor to our “Tanzania Shangri La” coffee. The combination of sustainability, innovation and the pursuit of the best quality is the recipe for success for this exceptional coffee.
These not too dark roasted coffee beans are suitable as an espresso but also as black coffee. The cup is characterized by its round, full taste with a pleasant acidity. The hint of chocolate and subtle sweetness at the end are the make for an ultimate experience.
