Hacienda Camocim is located near Domingos Martins in the province of EspÃrito Santo. At an altitude of 1100 to 1300 metres above sea level, one of Brazil’s best organic coffees is cultivated here. The combination of altitude and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides ideal conditions for the growth of this exceptional coffee.
This year, we were particularly impressed by the Microlot Moka Pearl bean. The medium-dark roasted coffee beans develop a delicate, round flavour. Notable are the notes of roasted cashews, accompanied by a fine sweetness and a subtle, refreshing acidity that characterise this “Specialty Coffee”.
