The cocoa husk, which is actually a waste product from the production of cocoa powder and chocolate, makes an excellent tea. The taste and scent is pleasantly chocolaty and can also be combined well with other teas.
The theobromine (caffeine) content is lower than in chocolate.
Tip: Refine the tea drink with cinnamon, vanilla or cardamom.
