Dominique Schmidli’s colonies are stationed in Witikon, on the edge of the town and forest. This bright, liquid honey is a mixture of various meadow and forest flowers. Its taste is finely sweet, floral with notes of flint.
As our honeys are natural, they crystallize over time. This is a completely natural process that highlights the purity and quality of our honey. For this reason, the color and consistency may differ from the picture. You can liquefy the honey again by heating it slowly in a water bath.
