Pi Lo Chun is one of the best-known Chinese green teas and translates roughly as “green snail in spring”. This organic specialty comes from the province of Jiangsu, more precisely from the Dong Ting mountains.
The leaf is slightly twisted with light tips. Its infusion is fruity, wonderfully soft in character with a long, silky finish.
