This black tea speciality comes from southern Anhui. The extremely gentle processing results in a long twisted leaf with fine tips. Its bright infusion has a very aromatic, broad flavor structure, the tannins are discreetly noticeable. A floral aroma, subtly reminiscent of honey, lingers on the palate.
