Chili blend Pul Biber Turkey 50g

Pul Biber is one of the most popular spice mixtures in Turkey. It is made from chili, a little salt and sunflower oil. The fruits are harvested fully ripe when they have taken on a burgundy color. They are dried, seeded and roughly crushed. Fruity-spicy with a nice freshness, this mixture also reminds of sun-dried tomatoes – just hot!
For kebab, pizza, in salads or with cheese.
