In 2004 Salvatore Romano started the production, motivated to make tasty pastes, sauces, condimdenti, jams and much more from the many wonderful foods that grow in Sicily.
Each area has its own caponata. The best raw materials are important for the typical and full-bodied taste. The different vegetables are cooked one by one. In a final step, they are combined in a large pan and seasoned with the right amount of vinegar and sugar. A Sicilian specialty with Arabic influence.
