The small, white bean grown in Apulia has a pleasantly soft and creamy consistency and a delicate, nutty taste. Wonderful together with tuna as “Tonno e fagioli”, but also for salads, stews or as a side dish.
Preparation: soak for about 12 hours and cook for 1 hour.
