Black cumin Marchfeld bio 50g

Black cumin is neither related to caraway nor to cumin. Its taste is reminiscent of sesame with a strong nutty and slightly spicy note.
Black cumin is suitable for seasoning lentil and vegetable dishes such as beans, courgettes, cabbage, spinach and cucumbers. Also ideal for seasoning lamb, poultry, Indian curries and chutneys. But also for breads and cakes, desserts and fruits like melons.
The whole grains can be sprinkled – like poppy seeds – over cakes, bread, flatbread and biscuits.
