Birch sugar xylitol 250g

Xylitol is a natural sugar, which is found in various vegetables and fruits, but also in birch or beech wood.
Birch sugar has a pleasant cooling effect in the mouth. It is about as sweet as ordinary sugar, but has only a slight effect on the blood sugar level. It is therefore very suitable for diabetics (the glycemic value is just 7). The special feature of xylitol is its cariostatic and anticariogenic effect (no attack on tooth enamel), which has been proven in various clinical studies.
