“Siling Labuyo” is a Filipino pepper/chili that was included in the Ark of Taste by Slow Food as a “wild pepper”. It has a spiciness of 80,000 – 100,000 Scoville. The combination of the subtly sweet chocolate with the tingling spiciness of the chili is great.
