Fricktaler summer blossom honey bio 500g

From the upper Fricktal, located between the Jura, Black Forest and Rhine, comes this light, organically produced summer blossom honey (Sommerblütenhonig).
The mixture of various summer flowers and rapeseed results in a honey slightly reminiscent of wax with a refreshing taste. Its consistency is creamy with a fine-grained crystallization.
As our honeys are natural, they crystallize over time. For this reason, the color and consistency may differ from the picture. You can liquefy the honey again by heating it slowly in a water bath.
