Speciality made from the whole mustard seeds, which are pickled in a vinegar marinade, which gives them their soft, slightly crunchy consistency, similar to caviar.
The vinegar and a little salt preserve the mustard without additional conservatives and it retains its quality and flavour for up to 4 months after opening. The fine sweetness of the honey harmonises very well with the slight spiciness of the mustard. Wonderful with smoked fish, tofu or crunchy cooked vegetables.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
