Surselva spring blossom honey (Frühlingsblütenhonig) 500g

We obtain this mountain honey from the Rhaeto-Romanic part of Switzerland, more precisely from the area around Zignau between Ilanz and Disentis. As soon as the snow has melted and the first spring flowers sprout, this mountain honey is produced. The colour is bright golden yellow. The honey is stirred to be creamy and thus retains its consistency over a longer period of time. Its aroma is fine with a pleasant freshness. In the finish, its flint-like note delights.
