Carefully selected Trinitario beans from the Bejofo cocoa plantation in the northwest of Madagascar are the raw ingredients for this exquisite chocolate. Due to the traditional processing without cocoa butter, this bar has a crunchy texture. Endowed with a beautiful acidity, it offers a refreshing symphony of red fruit flavours.
Orfève was founded by François-Xavier Mousin and Caroline Buechler in Geneva in autumn 2017. With a lot of passion and skill, they produce excellent single origin chocolates, in which the origin and the cocoa variety are perfectly emphasised in the bar.
