A fine vinegar with a lot of intensity and aroma. The bottling is always a blend: 25% of the vinegar is older than 50 years and 60% older than 20 years, the rest is between 3 and 12 years old. Its aroma is reminiscent of vanilla and dried fruit with fine woody tones and flavors of cocoa and chocolate.
Ideal for salads, sauces or soups.
