This jasmine tea is also produced in Fujian. For the production, freshly picked jasmine flowers are added to the green tea. After the tea leaves have absorbed the jasmine scent, the flowers are picked out again. This process is repeated up to four times. Thats why this quality is more intense in taste. A fine astringency accompanies the fresh scent of the jasmine flowers.
