Wen Shan District is a mountainous, picturesque area near the capital Taipei. It is known for the best Pouchong teas. From the best quality harvest time in May comes this Pouchong. Its leaf is emerald green, knobby and slightly twisted, very similar to Formosa Oolong teas. The infusion is bright yellow and has a seductive fragrance. Its taste is mild with a subtle sweetness. In the finish, a soft note lingers wonderfully long.
