We source our dried organic barberry berries of the finest and most select quality from Iran. Also known as berberis, the tart berries are wonderful in muesli and yoghurt, in oriental dishes such as “barberry rice”, for seasoning meat and fish dishes, or as a cranberry substitute for game dishes. Barberries are also an indispensable ingredient for the recipe “Rochers blancs” with white chocolate, roasted almond sticks, green pistachios and cardamom.
