In the high altitudes of Bergell and Engadin, the green leaves of narrow-leaved willowherb are wild-harvested during the summer. The harvest is carefully hand-wilted, oxidized, and dried, allowing the herbal tea to develop its complex, black tea-like aroma. Naturally caffeine-free, willowherb tea can be enjoyed warm or cold and is also ideal for preparing refreshing kombucha.
