This panettone is made without candied citron, orange peel, or raisins. Instead, it delights with the finest semi-dried apricot pieces, a delicate sugar glaze, and whole almonds.

The Albertengo family business is one of the best artisan panettone and colombe makers in Italy. The airy, juicy quality is a sign of a high level of craftsmanship. Only exquisite ingredients are used in production, such as pure butter, Italian raisins, almonds or Piedmont hazelnuts and only fresh, self-candied fruit. The eggs all come from free-range hens. Store in a cool, dry place.
