Dried nibs (cocoa pieces) from purified, unroasted ‘Arriba National’ cocoa, from the Hacienda Limon in Ecuador. The aromatic and slightly bitter cocoa nibs are very popular as chocolate sprinkles in muesli, yoghurt or ice cream, as an ingredient in energy balls or for baking and cooking.
