Discover the authentic flavour of Goomtee tea, which grows on the rolling hills east of Kurseong, South Darjeeling. With only around 200 hectares, Goomtee is one of the smaller tea gardens, but its quality is outstanding. The name ‘Goomtee’ comes from the Nepalese and means ‘place of turning’, which refers to the special location of the garden. Our latest harvest, the 6th plucking, is characterised by its light green leaf. The tea surprises with a clear infusion and a fascinating flowery, floral flavour that lingers in the mouth for a long time.
