Dark chocolate made from Porcelana cocoa, which is considered the purest and finest variety of Criollo cocoa and has an incredible variety of flavours. This rarity comes from a co-operative in the Henri Pitier National Park in the north of Venezuela. Unique, with a long-lasting flavour, this chocolate delights with notes of white pepper, coffee, citrus and refreshing fruity cassis nuances.
Now in its fourth generation, the Schell family runs a hotel, confectionery and café in Gundelsheim, Baden-Württemberg. With the aim of bringing out quality, transparency, fairness and the best flavours from the cocoa beans, Schell recently decided to no longer be “just” a confectioner, but to produce from bean to bar.
