The aromatic black Kampot pepper sauce is a perfect combination of pepper and tamarind. The sweet and sour sauce can be used as a condiment like mustard or chutney. With its pleasant pungency, it goes perfectly with meat (raw or grilled), vegetables, rice dishes, on salads or with cheese.
Made in Cambodia (in Kampot) with fresh fruits and spices from the region, “La Plantation” sauces offer subtle to intense heat full of flavours and surprises. They contain no colourings or preservatives and should be shaken before use and kept in a cool place once opened.
