Seiquerce is high quality, strong organic olive oil of pleasant bitterness and pungency, with notes of artichokes, almonds, black pepper and dried fruits. It is a blend of the olive varieties Frantoiano, Moraiolo and Leccino. The olives are harvested by hand in early autumn and then gently cold pressed in the nearby oil mill.
