Hartlieb’s “Leindotteröl” is a natural oil made from camelina seeds. This oil is characterised by a pleasant grassy-tasty aroma and has a much longer shelf life than linseed oil. Because of its high content of omega-3 fatty acids, it is perfect for a healthy diet, but must not be heated.
