With great care and pure handicraft, the family business Schwerzmann produces the best “Pflümlistengeli” from Swiss chocolate and a liquid Pflümli (plum liqueur) filling. Unlike other “Stengeli”, these are made without a sugar crust, which enhances the chocolate and “Pflümli” flavour. Each Stengeli is then wrapped and packaged by hand.
