This specialty coffee grows in the central, very fertile San Cristobal mountains about 1000 kilometers from the mainland of Ecuador. The volcanic soil and the fresh spring water create the best conditions for the cultivation of this exquisite coffee. As the entire Galapágos Islands are protected, the coffee is grown 100% under natural conditions and without pesticides.
Its cup has a wonderfully fine aroma, underpinned by a barely perceptible acidicy. It delights with its extremely harmonious flavour, which lingers pleasantly on the palate.
