The family business Albertengo is one of the best artisan panettone and colombe producers in Italy. The airy, succulent quality is a sign of high artisanal skill. Only select ingredients are used in production, such as pure butter, Italian sultanas, almonds or Piedmontese hazelnuts and only self-candied fresh fruit. The eggs all come from free-range hens.

Wheat flour, sultanas 15%, egg yolk, candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: E471; glucose-fructose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings.
Glaze and decoration: sugar, almonds, egg white, Piedmont hazelnuts 1%, apricot kernels, rice flour.
May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
