Ticino flower honey from the Maggia Valley. This liquid honey is a mixture of lime and chestnut blossoms. Not too sweet, its fragrance is reminiscent of fresh hay, accompanied by a fine spice note.
As our honeys are natural, they crystallize over time. For this reason, the color and consistency may differ from the picture. You can liquefy the honey again by heating it slowly in a water bath.
